1.How to buy your products?
A: You need to do as followings:
* Confirm Current Rating and Number of Contacts
* Confirm Assembly style
* Confirm Cable Wire gauge
* Confirm Cable Length and Material.
2.Can you offer samples ?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but you need to bear the courier cost.
3.What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
4.How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 10 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
5.Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
6.What is the packing ?
A: Well , we pack it in neutral brown cartons. Also your packing requirement is considered.
7.Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes,It will be better for us face to face to talk about the project.And I am sure you will be confident in us after you visit our factory.
